Coconut, Rainbow Carrots & Ginger Bisque with Orange Oil, Ginger Infused Crème Fraiche

notes of fresh fruit and candied lemons, round, fresh and complex finish

Idaho Potato & Mushroom Gnocchi

Peanut Butter & Apricot Jelly Panna Cotta with Blackberry Coulis
