2013 Sample GROUP Menus
These are some sample menus. We can create custom menus for your group.
Traditional Lobsterboil - Rhode Island clam chowder (clear broth chowder) & clamcakes, garden salad tossed with our own white balsamic vinaigrette. Main Course: Steamed 1 1/4 pound lobster, (substitute 12 oz char-grilled rib eye), herbed red bliss potato, native sweet corn, coffee, tea, soda, or lemonade. Fresh watermelon slice.
Traditional Clamboil - Rhode Island clam chowder (clear broth chowder) & clamcakes, garden salad tossed with our own white balsamic vinaigrette. Main Course: Steamed 1 1/4 pound lobster, (substitute 14 oz rib eye with portabella mushroom demi-glace), steamers, steamed native mussels, fresh cod fillet, sweet Italian sausage, herbed red bliss potatoes, native sweet corn, steamed Vidalia onions, coffee, tea, soda, or lemonade. Fresh watermelon slice.
Classic Lunch Menu 1 - Rhode Island clam chowder (clear broth chowder) & clamcakes. Main Course: Choice of: 1) Baked Scrod, with lemon, butter, white wine and seasoned breadcrumbs or 2) Roasted Chicken Breast with sage vermouth sauce. Potato, fresh seasonal veggies, rolls and butter, coffee, tea, soda, or lemonade. House made grapenut pudding.
Classic Lunch Menu 2 - Choice of: Rhode Island clam chowder (clear broth chowder) or garden salad with white balsamic vinaigrette & clamcakes. Main Course: Choice of: 1) Baked Stuffed Flounder with shrimp and crabmeat stuffing 2) Seafood Pot Pie, (shrimp, scallops, scrod & roasted vegetables simmered in lobster sauce, baked in a bread bowl), 3) Smokey Mountain Tenderloin Tips, with sautéed onions and peppers. Potato, fresh seasonal veggies, rolls and butter, coffee, tea, soda, or lemonade. House made Indian pudding.
Dinner Menu 1 – Cup of Rhode Island Clam Chowder or a field greens garden salad with our own white balsamic vinaigrette. Maine Course: Choice of: 1) Roasted Salmon, with creamy pesto sauce. 2) Grilled Caribbean Chicken, brushed with mango red pepper glaze. 3) Five Cheese Tortellini Alfredo, with spinach, peas and mushrooms. Potato, fresh seasonal veggies, rolls and butter, coffee, tea, soda, or lemonade. House made apple crisp with vanilla ice cream.
Dinner Menu 2 - Cup of Rhode Island Clam Chowder. Field greens garden salad with our own white balsamic vinaigrette. Main Course: Choice of: 1) Seafood Scampi – shrimp, calamari, scallops in scampi sauce, over fettuccini, with garlic toast. 2) Chicken Breast, stuffed with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, finished with rosemary hollandaise sauce. 3) Oven Roasted Day Boat Fluke, with fire roasted grape tomatoes and fresh basil. Potato, fresh seasonal veggies, rolls & butter, coffee, tea, soda, or lemonade. Our signature Mile-High Key Lime pie.
Dinner Menu 3 - Cup of creamy dill seafood chowder. Warm Spinach Salad – vine ripened tomatoes, avocados, red onions, bleu cheese, walnuts, warm bacon dressing. Main Course: Choice of: 1) Sesame Atlantic Salmon Roulades with lemon-caper sauce. 2) 12 oz Bone in Pork Chop with apple raisin chutney. 3) Sea Scallop Kabobs with nectarine salsa. Potato, fresh seasonal veggies, rolls & butter, coffee, tea, soda, or lemonade. Fudge brownie sundae with vanilla ice cream.
Dinner Menu 4 – Cup of our signature lobster bisque. Award winning baked stuffed quahog. Roasted Beets Salad – crisp greens, feta cheese, butternut squash, apples and walnuts with citrus vinaigrette. Maine Course: Choice of: 1) Georges Signature Grilled Lobster, brushed with garlic-lemon butter and finished with shrimp and scallops. 2) Seafood Marinara – scallops, shrimp and mussels, tossed with mushrooms, red onions and roasted red peppers, in our own marinara sauce. 3) Char-Grilled 14 oz Rib Eye with blue cheese and caramelized onions. 4) Grilled Mahi Mahi with cilantro-lime sauce and Asian slaw. 3) Potato, fresh seasonal veggies, rolls & butter, coffee, tea, soda, or lemonade. Organic lemon gelato with fresh strawberries.
