Sample Group Menus

Our staff can provide menus from traditional Rhode Island preparations, such as our Famous Clam boil, to more sophisticated progressive dishes, such as our Grilled Mahi menu. This isn’t all we do. We can customize a menu to meet the needs of your guests, whether it is finger sandwiches and salads for a small reception, seafood canapés and hors d’ovres for a cocktail party, or a full-scale five-course meal. We’ve got the best VIEW in southern New England! Why not combine that with the best SEAFOOD in southern New England for a successful function. George’s is a great place for rehearsal dinners, corporate conferences, reunions, birthday parties, holiday parties, motor coach tours, company outings and beach picnics on our beach!

Traditional Lobsterboil

Rhode Island Clam Chowder (Clear Broth Chowder) & Clamcakes.
Garden Salad tossed with our own White Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Main Course:
Steamed 1 1/4 Pound Lobster.
*Substitute 14 Oz Char-Grilled Ribeye.
Herbed Red Bliss Potato, Native Sweet Corn.
Watermelon.
Coffee, Tea, Soda, or Lemonade.

Traditional Clamboil

Rhode Island Clam Chowder (Clear Broth Chowder) & Clamcakes.
Garden Salad tossed with our own White Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Main Course:
Steamed 1 1/4 Pound Lobster,
*Substitute 8 Oz Filet Mignon with Portabella Mushroom Demi-Glace.
Steamers, Steamed Native Mussels, Fresh Cod Fillet, Sweet Italian Sausage, Herbed Red Bliss Potatoes, Native Sweet Corn, Steamed Vidalia Onions.
Watermelon.

Classic Lunch Menu 1

Choice Of:
1) Baked Scrod, with Lemon, Butter, White Wine and Seasoned Breadcrumbs or
2) Smokey Mountain Tenderloin Tips With Sautéed Onions and Peppers.
Potato, Fresh Seasonal Veggies, Rolls and Butter.
Our own Grape-Nut Pudding.
Coffee, Tea, Soda, or Lemonade.

Classic Lunch Menu 2

Rhode Island Clam Chowder (Clear Broth Chowder) & Clamcakes.
Main Course:
Choice Of:
1) Baked Stuffed Filet of Sole, Stuffed with Baby Spinach, Shiitake Mushrooms & Parmesan.
2) Seafood Pot Pie, (Shrimp, Scallops, Scrod & Roasted Vegetables Simmered in Lobster Sauce, Baked in a Bread Bowl).
3) Grilled Bourbon Chicken, Char-Grilled, Smothered in our own Jim Beam Bourbon Glaze.
Potato, Fresh Seasonal Veggies, rolls and butter.
Our own Indian Pudding.
Coffee, Tea, Soda, or Lemonade.

Dinner Menu 1

Cup of creamy dill seafood chowder.
field greens garden salad, tossed with our own white balsamic vinaigrette.

1) Char-Grilled Wild Salmon with a Dill Buere Blanc.
2) Garlic Basil Marinated Roasted Half Chicken
3) 14 Oz Char-Grilled Ribeye with a Gorgonzola Cream Sauce.

A slice of Midnight Chocolate Cake,

Dinner Menu 2

Cup of lobster bisque.
strawberry spinach salad, tossed with a strawberry vinaigrette.
Main Course:
Choice of:
1) Broiled Mahi Mahi, Topped with our own Mango Salsa.
2) Chicken Champagne Topped with a Light Cream Sauce White Grapes and a Touch of Champagne.
3) 8 Oz Filet Mignon with Portabella Mushroom Demi-Glace.
Potato, Fresh Seasonal Veggies, Rolls & Butter,
A slice of our Signature Mile-High Key Lime Pie.
